The Forth Annual Video Game Summit (VGS) is scheduled for August 12, 2006 at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Hotel in Lombard, IL. VGS is the Chicago area’s only major gaming event covering all classic and modern game systems and computers. Attendance at the event continues to grow as interest in retro gaming continues to climb.
VGS serves two primary purposes:
1) Provide a forum for buying, selling, and trading.. Public and private vendors purchase space and gaming enthusiasts from all over the Chicago region come to find great deals.
2) Celebrate the hobby. With multiple televisions and computers set up for free play, gamers and their families have the opportunity to enjoy the games they grew up with, try out new games, and expose their family and friends to their hobby. Attendance at the show is free and many additional perks including a raffle and an internet connection to facilitate credit card sales draw participants. In addition, we are happy to work with sponsors on an individual basis to facilitate your participation
